“A"
Cut the channels according to the measurements, drill 2-3 holes and counter-sink
them.. Drill few more holes so when you apply silicon, the air
would not be trapped. Use flat head screws. |
 |
"B"
Apply a little clear silicon inside the first panel channels.
Insert the first panel in the channels while the silicon in the channel is not dried up
yet.
|
“C”
Apply a little silicon inside the channel where the second panel sits. Insert the second
panel as it is shown.
|
“D”
Secure the first and second panel by duct tapes and apply silicon at the
joints from inside. Do not use silicon where the glasses touch at the miter locations.
Apply little clear silicon where the channels touch the tiles. Remove the
duct tapes
the next day. Cut the door stopper ½” shorter and insert it to the edge of the panel.

Installation instruction
# 101 hinges
Set the glass door long-way on its front edge on a carpet.
While someone holding the door, insert the hinges on their location one by one.
Drive screws A and B firmly. DO NOT USE POWER TOOLS.
After you have secured the hinges on the door,
set two pieces of board, 3/8 of inch thick on
the curve where the door should be installed.
Set the door on the two boards. Alien it with the
right panel where the door stopper is. Make it
sure that the door is in a perfect up-right position. |
 |
With a thin point marker, mark the location of
the screws on the wall. Now take the door down
and drill the holes. Insert plastic anchors. Now set
the door back on its original position on the
two boards. And secure it by driving the screws tide HOWEVER, IT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA
BEFORE SETTING THE DOOR UP, TO DRIVE THE SCREWS FIRST TO SEE WHETHER YOU CAN DRIVE THEM
WITHOUT TOO MUCH EFFORT.
(No power tools should be used.) |
